Daytona West Community Development District
The Daytona West Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on January 18, 2023 by the City Commission of The City of Daytona Beach, Volusia County Florida, Ordinance No. 2023-25 to plan, establish, acquire, construct or reconstruct, enlarge or extend, equip, operate, and maintain systems and facilities described and authorized by Section 190.012, Florida Statutes.
The Daytona West CDD is located entirely within the boundaries of the unincorporated limits of the city of Daytona Beach, Florida, and covers approximately 771.52 acres of land. The site is generally located South of State Road 40 (W. Granada Blvd.) along Tram Road and Slim Pines Road. The District is the best alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.

The Daytona West Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on January 18, 2023 by the City Commission of The City of Daytona Beach, Volusia County Florida, Ordinance No. 2023-25 to plan, establish, acquire, construct or reconstruct, enlarge or extend, equip, operate, and maintain systems and facilities described and authorized by Section 190.012, Florida Statutes. Consent is hereby granted to exercise the special powers authorized by Section 190.012 (1), Florida Statutes.
